    1) What do customers love about us?

    Aside from the aesthetic, the customers love the quality and taste of our products! We also don't skimp on ingredients and we only only use premium quality ones.

    2) Where do you source your ingredients?

    We try to help and support local farmers and local businesses as much as we can, so we usually source our ingredients from them! In fact, the main ingredients of some of our products, like mangoes, strawberries, ube, cheese, carrots, and eggs are from our local farmers and producers! When you buy our products you are not only supporting us, but also local businesses!

    3) What's your inspiration behind your products?

    4) Are your products safe for diabetics?

    We don't usually use a lot of sweeteners to our products and our loyal customers can attest to that. You can check their comments on or check our Testimonials album on our Facebook Page. We also have our Sugar-free Walnut Carrot Cake, which we recommend for diabetics or people who generally want to cut down on sugar. We will also be releasing more sugar-free products in the near future! 

    5) Tell us more about the allergens in your products.

    All of our products contain dairy products. Both our Walnut Carrot Cake, and Sugar-Free Walnut Carrot Cake contain walnuts, almonds, and pistachios. For our Mocha Cake, the pistachios are only used as a decoration, so you can ask us to omit that if you are allergic to it. Both of our crepe cake (the Strawberries and Cream, and the Black Forest) have alcohol in it. If you want to know more, you can check the details of each of our products.

    6) What is the shelf life of your products?

    The cakes and mousses are best eaten within one week after purchase. For the Cinnamon Rolls, it is best eaten immediately after purchase, but it can be stored in the refrigerator for 2 days. For other bread products, it is best eaten 3 days after purchase, but to make it last more than a week, we recommend putting it in the refrigerator or freezer. Reheating instructions: reheat the bread in a pan on low heat for 5 minutes or using a toaster for 3 minutes.

    7) Are you DTI and BIR registered?

    Yes! As of June 17, we are DTI registered, and as of July 23 of 2020, we are BIR registered. However, due to the MECQ, the printing of our official receipt has been delayed, so if you want a receipt of your purchase from us, we can provide it as soon as we receive our official receipt.

    8) What are your payment methods?

    We accept cashless payments thru PayMaya or Fund Transfer to BDO, BPI, or Metrobank. We also accept COD. 

    9) Do you deliver to Metro Manila or other provinces?

    Yes! We deliver to Metro Manila and other select provinces like Laguna, and Rizal. For Metro Manila and Rizal you can place your orders by sending us a message on Messenger. We can also arrange Lalamove or Grab Express for other locations. 

    10) What are your shipping rates?

    Shipping rates are automatically calculated upon checkout.
